Pennsylvania State Police released information on multiple traffic crashes that occurred in Philadelphia County during early June 2026, according to official crash reports. On June 12, 2026, at approximately 1:28 p.m., a crash occurred on I-95 northbound near mile marker 23.1 when a Mitsubishi Outlander driven by Justin Mackins, 31, of Bensalem, struck the rear of a 2022 Toyota Camry driven by Paulett White, 55, of Trenton, New Jersey, police say. According to the report, Unit 2 slowed down for traffic ahead when Unit 1 struck its rear, pushing it to the right lane. Mackins was charged with driving at safe speed, the release states. Neither driver was injured or transported by EMS. On June 11, 2026, at approximately 2:25 p.m., another crash occurred on I-95 southbound near mile marker 23 when a 2010 Honda Accord driven by Stephen Johncola, 33, of Philadelphia, attempted to change lanes and struck a 2017 Subaru Outback driven by Lucas Stoddart, 47, of Chester Springs, according to police. Johncola was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, the report states. On June 10, 2026, at approximately 6:29 p.m., Lawrence McKie, 22, of Philadelphia, was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic after his 2012 Chevrolet Traverse struck a 2015 Nissan Sentra driven by Lamar Graham, 42, of Bear, Delaware, during a lane change on I-95 northbound near mile marker 13, police say. Additional crashes were reported on June 9 and June 8, including a rear-end collision on I-95 northbound near mile marker 22.0 involving Francisco Reyes of New Castle, Delaware, who was charged with driving at safe speed, and an incident on West Wyoming Avenue at its intersection with North 8th Street involving Nicholas Dupuy, 19, of Philadelphia, who was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, according to the reports.
